My Background
I went to the Academy of Fine Arts in Oak Park Illinois as a child. I later went to SIU and studied art. I had a long period of time where I wasn't in school. I returned in my late 40's and graduated the University of Arizona with a BFA. I went on to work at Pima Community College in the Printmaking Dept.
My Medium
I use a variety of mediums, digital, acrylic, oil, encaustic, epoxy resin and ink. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual outcome. The act of creativity in itself is the motivation.
